Can you provide color-matched parts?
Yes. We offer in-mold coloring and post-molding surface treatments including passivation, polishing, and plating.
What surface finish is possible on MIM parts?
As-sintered surface: Ra 0.8–1.6 μm. Polished: Ra 0.2–0.4 μm. Additional options include bead blasting, electroplating, and black oxide.
Do you provide material certificates?
Yes. EN 10204 3.1 material certificates are standard for all orders. For aerospace and medical applications, we provide certificates per AS9100D and ISO 13485 requirements.
Can you certify parts for aerospace use?
Yes. We hold AS9100D certification and NADCAP accreditation for non-destructive testing. FAA/EASA part certification available for qualified applications.
What inspection methods do you use?
Our CNAS-accredited testing center uses CMM, 3D scanning, tensile testing, hardness testing, SEM analysis, X-ray CT scanning, and ultrasonic inspection.
Are your powders RoHS and REACH compliant?
Yes. All our standard powder grades are RoHS and REACH compliant. Documentation available upon request.
Can you develop custom alloys?
Yes. Our 19 powder production lines include R&D capability for custom alloy development. Typical lead time is 4–8 weeks for a new alloy qualification.
How are parts packaged for shipping?
Parts are individually wrapped in anti-corrosion paper, vacuum-sealed (powder), or foam-lined in export-grade cartons. Special packaging available for fragile or high-value parts.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally via DHL, FedEx, air freight, and sea freight. We handle all export documentation including certificates of origin, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
What is the typical shipping time?
Express: 3–5 days. Air freight: 7–12 days. Sea freight: 20–35 days. Shipping cost is quoted separately based on weight, volume, and destination.
