Will there be discrepancies between the material report and the finished product test results?
The raw material carbon/oxygen is in powder form. The finished product will undergo decarburization and oxygen reduction during high-temperature sintering, which is a normal phenomenon. We can provide the corresponding stage test report.
Can you provide support for debinding and sintering processes?
We can provide a complete solution including parameter curves, atmosphere, temperature, and holding time.
What is the sintering density that can be achieved?
Normally it can be stably ≥97.5%, and with optimized processes it can reach 98.5%.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We support small-batch sample production, but for mass production, we recommend a minimum of 10,000 pieces for optimal cost.
Can you do MIM feeding?
Yes, we have developed our own stable feedstocks such as 304L, 316L, 17-4PH, high-strength steel, and Ni200 pure nickel, with consistent shrinkage rates.
