JINGYE combines ultra-high-pressure water-gas co-atomization, gas atomization and dedicated titanium alloy powder preparation. The selected metal powder manufacturing route depends on the target alloy, particle morphology, size distribution, application and commercial production volume.
1. Raw material and composition control: alloy inputs are checked and prepared according to the target chemical specification.
2. Melting and atomization: controlled melting and atomization convert the alloy stream into fine metal particles.
3. Classification and screening: powder is separated into the required particle fractions for the intended process.
4. Powder testing: chemical composition, particle size, morphology, oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen content, flowability and density are evaluated as applicable.
5. Lot identification and packaging: approved powder is packed and identified to support batch traceability and repeat orders.
Inspection capabilities include direct-reading spectroscopy, ICP analysis, laser particle size analysis, scanning electron microscopy, oxygen-nitrogen-hydrogen analysis, Hall flow testing and tap density measurement. More information is available in Material & Quality.
Standard grades do not cover every machine, component or operating environment. JINGYE supports customized metal powder products based on target alloy composition, manufacturing process, equipment model, particle size distribution, required powder properties and planned order volume.
As an additive manufacturing powder supplier with in-house metal 3D printing and MIM manufacturing capabilities, JINGYE can connect powder characterization with downstream processing feedback. This supports material screening, process optimization and the transition from initial qualification to recurring industrial production.
