JINGYE provides an industrial Metal 3D Printing Service for functional prototypes, complex end-use components, tooling and repeat production. Our engineering scope covers design review, process planning, metal printing, heat treatment, support removal, precision machining, surface finishing and inspection. This integrated approach helps maintain consistency from the digital model to the finished metal part.

 

Our SLM 3D Printing Service, also known as laser powder bed fusion (LPBF), is suitable for components with internal channels, lattice structures, thin-walled features, topology-optimized geometry or consolidated assemblies that are difficult to manufacture by conventional machining or casting. JINGYE also supports material development and process optimization for application-specific projects.

From Metal Printing to Finished-Part Inspection

The JINGYE Metal 3D Printing Service extends beyond the printing stage. Available downstream operations include vacuum heat treatment, annealing, wire EDM, support removal, grinding, sandblasting, polishing, three-axis and five-axis machining, and horizontal machining. Inspection resources include coordinate measurement, articulated-arm measurement, wired and wireless 3D scanning, X-ray imaging, tensile testing and thickness measurement.

 

Inspection instruments are calibrated and supported by traceable records. Quality requirements, inspection scope and documentation are defined according to the material, application and customer drawing. JINGYE operates under established quality-management and testing systems, including ISO 9001, CNAS-supported testing capability and applicable national military quality requirements.

2. High Precision and Excellent Mechanical Properties: The precision of our products can generally be controlled below 0.05mm, the product density can reach 99.5-99.97%, and the surface roughness Ra 5-9 micrometers.

3. Diverse range of processable materials: It can be molded into more than 50 kinds of materials, including AlSi10Mg, AlSi7Mg, TC4, TA15, GH4169, GH3625, GH5188, GH3128, GH3536, 304, 316L, 17-4PH, H13, 18Ni300, CX, CoCrMo, etc., meeting the technical specifications of ISO9001 quality management system, CNAS certification, and national military standard system.
