LD-G19 High-Strength Steel Powder: Yield strength ≥1900Mpa, elongation ≥7%, specifically designed for high-strength structural components such as hinges for foldable mobile phone screens.

1.4957 / 1.4091 High-Temperature Alloy Powder: 1000°C high-temperature tensile yield strength ≥120Mpa, 950°C creep strength ≥80Mpa, suitable for high-temperature environments such as automotive engines.

TC4 Titanium Alloy Powder: Yield strength ≥900Mpa, elongation ≥12%, widely used in mobile phones, smartwatches, robots, and other fields.

 

All products possess excellent characteristics such as near-spherical shape, high tapping density, high fluidity, and controllable oxygen and carbon content, ensuring stable performance and strong batch supply capabilities: annual production capacity of 1000 tons each for high-strength steel and high-temperature alloy powder, and 500 tons for titanium alloy powder.
