MIM-F75 is a Co-Cr-Mo alloy powder produced by a combined water-gas atomization process and can be directly used for injection molding. It exhibits high strength, high polishability, non-magnetic properties, and extremely outstanding corrosion resistance, with a neutral salt spray test of more than 1000 hours, and making it widely used in high-end 3C products, medical devices (artificial joints, dental implants), automotive precision parts, and lock mechanisms.

Debinding Reference

Vacuum or atmosphere-protected continuous furnace, partial pressure ≥10 KPa (Ar or dissociated ammonia). Debinding ramp rate <3℃/min, peak temperature 1280-1320℃, hold ≥3 hours.
