Our CNAS-accredited testing center provides independent verification at every critical stage.

Metal Powder Preparation
The company operates 24 metal powder production lines, including 17 ultra-high-pressure water-gas co-atomization lines, 4 gas atomization lines, and 3 titanium alloy powder production lines. The company primarily manufactures metal powder products for applications such as 3D printing, laser cladding, soft magnetic materials, and injection molding.
Metal 3D Printing Services
The company currently owns a total of 53 imported and domestically produced SLM metal 3D printing machines, covering 16 models of large, medium and small equipment, with full coverage of printing sizes below 2050mm, and 15 "ultra-meter" printing machines, giving it a significant advantage in processing ultra-large and irregularly shaped metal 3D printed products. It can provide integrated, complete solutions for customers in industries such as aerospace, industrial molds, medical implants, and automotive, including product design, new material research and development, and process optimization.
Metal Injection Molding Services
The company currently has 15 metal injection molding production lines with a daily production capacity of 30,000 pieces. Metal powder injection molding technology has the advantages of fewer steps, less or no cutting, and higher economic efficiency compared to conventional powder metallurgy processes. Customers span multiple fields, including 3C consumer products, machinery, automotive manufacturing, and medical devices.
