Established in 2015 with a total investment of 2.34 billion CNY, Hebei Jingye Additive Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. operates multiple intelligent production lines, including metal powder, metal 3D printing, and metal injection molding, developing integrated capabilities from metal powder production to additive manufacturing and component manufacturing.

The company has obtained certifications for quality management, environmental management, and occupational health and safety management systems. With 108 patents, it has been recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and a "Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative" SME in Hebei Province. Metal Powder Manufacturing

The company operates 24 metal powder production lines, including 17 ultra-high-pressure water-gas co-atomization production lines, 4 gas atomization lines, and 3 titanium alloy powder production lines. The company primarily manufactures metal powder products for applications such as 3D printing, laser cladding, soft magnetic materials, and injection molding.

Metal 3D Printing Services

The company currently owns a total of 53 metal 3D printing systems, including imported and domestically manufactured SLM systems, covering 16 models of large, medium and small equipment, with covering build sizes of up to 2,050 mm, and 15 large-format metal 3D printing systems with meter-scale build dimensions, giving it a significant advantage in processing ultra-large and irregularly shaped metal 3D printed products. It can provide integrated, complete solutions for customers in industries such as aerospace, industrial molds, medical implants, and automotive, including product design, new material research and development, and process optimization.

Metal Injection Molding Services

The company currently has 15 metal injection molding production lines with a daily production capacity of a daily production capacity of up to 30,000 components. Metal powder injection molding technology has the advantages of fewer steps, reduced or eliminated machining operations, and higher economic efficiency compared to conventional powder metallurgy processes. Customers span multiple fields, including 3C consumer products, machinery, automotive manufacturing, and medical devices.
